Fees & Insurance
TP Psychology, PLLC is a self-pay (out-of-network) practice. By operating as a private-pay practice, TP Psychology is able to provide individualized, comprehensive care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies, including limitations on evaluation time, testing procedures, and treatment recommendations.
Individual Psychotherapy
Initial interviews/intakes are 60 minutes and cost $300.
Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes and cost $250.
Payment is due at the time of each session. TP Psychology accepts all major debit/credit cards.
Psychological Evaluation Fees
Choosing the right evaluation can feel overwhelming, and not every concern requires the same type of assessment. TP Psychology offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns, answer general questions, determine which evaluation is most appropriate, explain the evaluation process, and review fees before scheduling.
Evaluation fees range from $1,500–$4,500, depending on the referral concerns and scope of testing.
Cancellation Policy
Therapy appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are charged the full session fee.
For psychological evaluations, the initial clinical interview requires significant scheduling and preparation. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $500 cancellation fee.
Insurance
TP Psychology is not in-network with any insurance plans. Upon request, a superbill can be provided that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.
